Julia joined Real Endpoints in August 2022 as VP, Patient Services. She has deep healthcare experience across multiple domains, from pharmacy technician to operations and patient support services. For the past two decades, she has focused on improving patient access to medicines via support services, working at companies such as Parexel where she managed programs for specialty products moving from clinical trial to market, including extended access, bridge and free trial, and reimbursement support. Her next role was with UBC, where she helped to open UBC’s first dedicated patient access support call center and had the opportunity to expand into patient education by managing nursing support programs, creating UBC’s first patient support line staffed by licensed social workers, and creating UBC’s pharmacist injection education program. In 2013 she joined Occam Health Services as VP Operations to stand up the start-up hub services company’s operations team, designing the call center, telephony systems, the internal customer support/patient management platform, and developing a national nurse education network. After eight years with Occam Health, Julia shifted to the manufacturer space as Director of Patient Access Services with Spero Therapeutics. In this role she designed the patient support program and took on the responsibility of Specialty Pharmacy contracting, managing vendor contracts and direct purchase agreements for Spero’s SP network.  At Real Endpoints, Julia will add to the expertise in market access strategy and support the development and adoption of the RE Assist platform.
