Jeff Berkowitz, CEO and Director
Jeff has 20+ years of experience in the global healthcare industry, where his career has spanned the biopharma, pharmacy and payer verticals. Before joining Real Endpoints, he held executive committee and other senior leadership roles at United Health Group, Walgreens Boots Alliance (formerly Walgreens), Merck, and Schering-Plough.

Susan Raiola, President
Susan has 15+ years of experience in reimbursement and market access. She has developed several novel market access instruments, including Hub Excellence™, which optimizes the design of patient support programs, and RE Assist, an online tool that helps Medicare patients navigate financial hurdles.

Rob O’Brien, Vice President, Specialty
Rob has 20+ years of managed care, PBM, and specialty pharmacy experience and has worked closely with government and commercial payers across pharmacy and medical benefit programs. A licensed pharmacist, Rob joined Real Endpoints from CVS Health, where he held multiple leadership positions..
