Amy Steinkellner, PharmD, has worked with the Real Endpoints team since 2012. She serves as senior clinical consultant providing oversight for the clinical credibility and evidence basis of drug evaluation activities, and bringing unique insight on the US payer perspective with respect to the economic and clinical aspects of value in pharmacy.

Dr. Steinkellner has over 15 years of experience in the pharmacy benefit management (PBM) industry. She spent the majority of her PBM career with Medco Health Solutions, Inc. (now Express Scripts, Inc.) where she most recently was Vice President and National Practice Leader for the Women’s Health Therapeutic Resource Center. This role included development of clinical quality improvement goals for a pharmacy service model that was focused on the unique clinical needs and service expectations of women. She also served as Vice President of Clinical Programs and Services for Medco’s System Division, which comprised over 600 payer clients and $4B in drug spend from across small and mid-size employers, TPAs and Regional Health Plans.

Dr. Steinkellner holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from Mercer University and completed a residency in drug policy and clinical economics at the University of Wisconsin.
